How to Make Fluorescent Halloween Nail Art Design


 Here i present you a cute Halloween design it is a skull with cute flower like eyes. I just saw it somewhere and tried it on my nails it comes out not that bad. I used some different fluorescent colors for the eyes and a white base coat so the skull will looks more prominent if i had used another color as a base it will not come out much clear.I used black gel paint to draw the teeth and outline the eyes of the skull. used a doter to make the  eyes and covered them with a top coat.I took the picture in a UV light to make the colors Fluorescent.
